Llys-y-frân re-opened to the public in 2021 after a £4 million major investment was backed with £1.7 million of European Regional Development Funds through the Welsh Government.
Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water reserves the right to close all or parts of the Llys-y-frân site, restrict access to the water or cancel an activity at any time where it believes there to be unmanageable risks or unsuitable conditions.
Safety is paramount to all our activities. However, watersports and adventure activities are hazardous by their nature and there are risks.
Customers must comply with all safety regulations and instructions given by Llys-y-frân team at all times.
Dogs are always welcome at Llys-y-frân but we would like to remind visitors that the Dog Agility Area is the only place on site where dogs may be let off the leash. Dogs should be kept on a lead elsewhere – this includes the track around the reservoir – and out of the water.
Not every activity is scheduled every day and there are seasonal variations. Please check availability and pre-book activities to avoid disappointment.
