We have multiple rooms available for hire within the Visitor and Activity Centre buildings and are able to cater for parties from twelve up to hundred or more.
Our function room is a versatile, light-filled space, ready to be transformed to match your vision. With direct access to the balcony area and panoramic views of the reservoir, it provides the perfect backdrop for your special occasion. Its spacious ‘L’ shape makes it suitable for exhibitions and trade fairs, offering convenient vehicle access for easy setup. Positioned at the end of the main building, the room features windows on three sides and direct kitchen access for seamless food service during conference breaks.
If you need smaller meeting spaces or breakout sessions, there are two rooms in our Activities Centre, both with plentiful natural daylight, air conditioning and sound-proofing. These rooms also boast stunning reservoir views and can be booked individually or combined into a larger suite. One room provides direct access to a deck area, perfect for outdoor drink receptions or additional breakout space.
For intimate meetings and business lunches, our fully air-conditioned boardroom is equipped with state-of-the-art interactive TV screens, creating a private and well-equipped space.
Within the visitor centre, the winter gardens area provides a relaxed atmosphere for evening drinks receptions.
