Share With Care

Walkers and cyclists share these trails, so please treat each other with respect and consideration. Although walkers have priority, please do let cyclists pass safely.

All cyclists ride the routes anticlockwise.

• Keep left, pass right
• Be seen, be heard, be safe
• Use lights it it’s dark or overcast
• Pass safely and slowly
• Walkers have priority
• Ride at a sensible speed
• Slow down near blind spots
•  Use bins, or take litter home

Dog Walking

Dogs are always welcome at Llys-y-frân but we would like to remind visitors that the Dog Agility Area is the only place on site where dogs may be let off the leash. Dogs should be kept on a lead elsewhere – this includes the track around the reservoir – and out of the water.
